In the event of an emergency like these, an authorised tradesman will be appointed to carry out immediate repairs, (subject to a maximum limit of £1,000.00), for any emergency covered by the policy.

Home Emergency Service is only valid for the period of home insurance and must be taken out to commence at the start of your new home insurance policy or at renewal.
No refund of premium is allowable upon cancellation after the initial 14 day cooling off period.
