What is Home Emergency Service?
With Home Emergency Service, in the event of an emergency an authorised tradesman will be appointed to
carry out immediate repairs. This service will settle the bill on your behalf, (subject to a maximum limit of
£150), for any emergency covered by the policy. Refer to the policy wording for full details..

What help do I get?
With Home Emergency Service, you are insured for the following:
- emergency repairs - we will pay up to £150 (including VAT) in total for emergency repairs; the
repairs will be carried out by an experienced and competent contractor and will be arranged for you
- alternative accommodation - we will pay up to £150 (including VAT) in total for the cost of
overnight accommodation if we agree that after a home emergency, your home cannot be lived in
- transport - we will provide transport to the alternative accommodation if applicable.
HomeCALL Legal Protection - £19.00
What is HomeCALL?
It is a low-cost insurance policy which covers you for the legal costs involved in defending or taking action
against an infringement of your legal rights.

The insurance policy is underwritten by Brit Insurance Limited.
What help do I get?
With HomeCALL you can protect yourself and your family, living at the same address, for the following:
- Personal injury - we will pay up to £50,000 of your legal costs if you are hurt in an accident and it was not your fault
- Medical Costs Cover - we will pay up to £5,000 for private treatment if suitable medical care is not readily available on the NHS for personal injury sustained in any accident that is not your fault
- Consumer contract - we will pay up to £50,000 of your legal costs if you have a dispute over something you've bought, sold or rented, or a service you've paid for; we will pay these costs if you are taking legal action against somebody else, or if somebody is taking legal action against you
- Employment contract - we will pay up to £50,000 of your legal costs to have a solicitor or other person represent you at an employment tribunal, if you have a dispute with you employer
- Property disputes - we will pay up to £50,000 of your legal costs if you have a dispute relating to physical damage to your home, we will pay these costs if you are taking legal action against somebody else, or if somebody is taking legal action against you.

What is Key Protection Cover?
It is a low-cost insurance policy which provides help if your car, home or office keys are lost or stolen.
Who is the insurer?
The insurance policy is underwritten by Axa Assistance
What help do I get?
- Following loss or theft of keys, up to £1,500 in any one insurance period to cover costs of:
- replacement locks and/or keys
- gaining access to your car, home or office, etc
- reprogramming of alarms and immobilisers
- up to 3 days car hire (maximum £75 per day) if you're stranded away from home or cover for reasonable costs for public transport or taxi fares for onward transportation.
- cover for keys when attached to key fob supplied
- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year assistance
- no excess to pay.
